The interior of Christchurch of Paris Gardens, looking rather better in this snap than it did in real life. Echoes of what I imagine is the roughly contemporary church at Weston Green, where we hear the Ripieno Choir.
We did not much care for the altar piece, which seemed out of keeping with the rest of it. While we wondered how many joinery contractors were left who could knock up the stuff displayed here. Probably just a few specialists in cathedral and Oxbridge college work. Banks don't do brown wood any more.
