On the way to, and from the bus to Clapham Junction, we saw several sites, once home to very important pubs, back in the swinging sixties, now home to shops, eateries and other such stuff.
But the once seedy Trafalgar, once catering to the seedier end of the swinging sixties trade was still there.
While the Queen's Head illustrated had only just gone, and was plastered with claims that it was to rise again. A pub which I had used occasionally in the distant past.
