Big crane

The big crane seen in Weighhouse Street last week, not far from Brown Hart Gardens. Can't remember when we last visit these last, but a visit was noticed more than three years ago at reference 1.

What has to happen for the slack to be taken up? The jib looks as if it could go a fair bit higher, so is it height or weight that does it? Must remember to go and take another look.
