Burco

Spotted in a quiet corner of the otherwise sparsely furnished chapter house of the cathedral. At least the canons can look forward to tea and biscuits when they are in chapter.

While the famous Burco brand, once a near universal feature of village halls, WI meetings, WRVS, NAAFI operations and the like, seems to have been swallowed up by GDP catering. See reference 1.
