Sudbury three

The main point of this shot being to show the unusual roof at St. Gregory, with one style of blue over the crossing and another over the chancel. This last is claimed by the guide book as one of the earliest of its kind, so perhaps early 17th century, presumably restored quite recently.

We also have the rather truncated east window, which truncation the flower lady's husband thought might have been due to there having been, at some point, some very fancy altarpiece occupying approximately the same space.
