Doing a foxglove

The florets continue to open, working up the inflorescence. Some of them opening a little more than the ones which opened first and which are now withering. Very much in the way of a foxglove where you rarely get all the florets to open together - although this may be trick that show gardeners can pull off.

We are now wondering, in the interior absence of both wind and insect, whether there has been any fertilisation and whether we will get any fruit.
