The visitors mentioned at reference 1 have now been moved on, all the way to Horton Haven, by the former hospital chapel which, though empty, was denied our local Muslims. Or so I was informed by a rather cross resident of Cuddington Way.
He also told me that they had been moved on exactly 28 days since their arrival, so maybe the drill is that the council has to serve a 28 day notice on said arrival. Bulldozers at dawn would not be lawful.
He also said that the new earth banks had been contributed by the contractor responsible for the refurbishment and sale of the group of hospital houses, just about visible behind the fence at the back above.
PS: and while I think of it, not too impressed to read in the Guardian that the Tiddliwinks Hospital has taken to rescuing vermin. That is to say they are taking in fox cubs abandoned by their mothers for one reason or another and rearing them until they are strong enough to survive on their own in suburbia. Do I feel an angry of Epsom letter to the Guardian coming on?
