Cows

Some people do it with dinosaurs, but here in Surrey we do it with cows. The full story can be found at reference 1, but we can claim a family connection to the cow known as Bunnyhop. Read all about her at reference 2.

We don't have any small children to tow around, but trying to tweet as many cows as we can in the time available seems like a perfectly respectable senior activity. Furthermore, the organisers clearly have seniors in mind, as a number of the cows have been parked in senior visitor attractions operated by the National Trust.
