This to record that the tip men made a fine snow dog yesterday, posed at the entrance in the way of the lions in Trafalgar Square, just in front of the tip controller's booth. Starting to melt this morning, but still looking pretty good.
They were also very good about taking charge of the chunks of broken vodka bottle which I had recovered on the path running by what used to be Epsom Coaches, now RATP buses. No nonsense about no pedestrian access, this despite what it might say on the signs.
