I was pleased to find that the trolley marked down the day before (see reference 1) was still there on Sunday, neatly parked at the footbridge. For once a sensible place, the trolley having been walked the few hundred yards from Sainsbury's, from where it was easier to carry the groceries and booze into the nearby Longmead Estate than get the trolley over the bridge. As I know from practical experience, awkward enough with an empty trolley, never mind a full one. And I don't suppose the sort of people concerned would have considered unloading the trolley to get it over the tracks and then reloaded it on the other side.
