StreetView alive and well in this part of the world, but the local authorities there do not seem to have been concerned to provide views of the river for the google cameras. They have been on plenty of roads which must have been very close to the river, but they got very few views. The river is mostly screened by trees, industrial buildings or continuous hoardings at the side of the road. This snap being taken from a gap in said hoardings.
Clearly have to go there in person to get the full experience.
