Separate out the flower from the thing behind, and you get a rather superior version of the aloe flower noticed at reference 1 and subsequent posts. From which we learn that they are really a hot country plant. You might get them to flower indoors, but the flower is going to be a bit feeble compared with the real thing.
The plant at reference 1 was, as it happens, retired some months ago now and its successor, possibly a sucker, shows no sign of flowering at all.
