I rather like this sort of water feature, with this one looking a lot more level than I would manage.
They help themselves along by having the water drip through holes just inside the perimeter, rather than having it drip over the edge. This gives one a margin for error, and the water will drip even, even when the thing is not quite level.
OK, so one has the extra work of drilling the holes, but that is easy work, unlikely to go wrong provided you don't rush at it. While getting the feature level, and to stay level, requires both patience and skill, two commodities which I am short of.
