Batch 477 (a)

Batch 477 looking well, except for the unsightly shadow of the flash, if that is what the black rim to the top of the loaves is. All the snaps with flash seem to have it. How on earth does one stop it? Odd if the hands were shaking for all of them, with the rim being an artefact of the shaking.

The loaves had slipped out of the tins nicely enough, the only catch being that one has to be careful when drying the tins after washing as the bent over rims seem apt to harbour water.
