Keep fit

One of the newer arrivals in our road sports a black van from an outfit called Cross Fit. So I was amused to find that they had what looked like an important branch underneath the arches at Clapham Junction. Up the Junction on the way to gentrification?

Various people on view who looked as if they were serious about keeping fit, including one lean & well tanned chap of middle years who could more or less walk on his hands. Maybe the sort of chap who would abseil down from a Chinook (of the previous post) in his younger years, perhaps as some variety of special force.
