Cheam

The google maps satellite view of the development opportunity at Cheam station, mentioned in the post before last.

There are just the two tracks now, with a large gap between them, and from north fence to south fence is about 25m, so we have a plot of the order of 100m by 25m, which must be good for something tall. And Cheam is a quite expensive area. Whatever is Network Rail - or whoever owns the land - waiting for?

With for me, the added attraction of a good baker very near at hand, one which I visited most days for near five years. Some of which can be seen at reference 1.
