Being some rather odd trim to the windows of a building on or in the vicinity of Belgrave Square.
Got up to echo the sort of thing one might do in stone, but clearly painted wood. Also without any function that I could detect, other than that of trim or decoration. Trim which serves to softens the transition between the masonry of the wall and the windows set into the wall, a transition which is otherwise a bit harsh given the thickness of the walls. And which, to my mind, works much better on the left where the trim is set into the wall, rather that on the right where it is flush with the wall. Perhaps a more careful inspection would reveal the reason for the difference.
Scored as a fake on the grounds that it is wood pretending to be stone, not that the surrounding rendering is pretending to be stone.
