Chad over

The coffee bar first noticed at reference 1, a little over two years ago, has now morphed into 'jess and the beanstalk', with a sign done by one of those sign-writers who makes a thing about not using initial capitals.

My guess, only having been in the place once or twice, was that the moving spirit of Chad's was a lady, so let us hope she has not lost too much of her hard earned capital over the last two years. Small businesses which have both premises and staff can soak up a lot of money - which takes some clawing back on the profit margins on cups of coffee.

Hopefully she had set a budget of both time and money at the outset, and when that run out, she cut her losses.
