The second trolley of the morning, captured but not scored, on the grounds that it was only just across the road from the Sainsbury's car park in Kiln Lane. Perhaps not visible to the trolley jockeys roaming the car part, but marginal and I did not like to trouble the rules committee with the matter.
With the yellow security latch down, it proved easiest to move on the remaining front wheel. I tried tipping it up to move it on its two back wheels but this did not work at all, with the wheels spinning round in a most unhelpful way. Luckily I only had about fifty yards to go.
Do the senior trolley jockeys carry little gadgets with which to unlock such trolleys? One could ask, but it is usually hard to get much sense out of them.
