Kings Place is a smack up to the minute place, complete with brand new shed for street food offerings in the summer. Without which no salle polyvalente can reasonably be said to be complete these days. No less than three of them in what is now called Epsom Square. See reference 1.

Trusty bag just visible bottom centre. Sunlit barge basin left, complete with converted warehouses, new build flats and post war council housing behind. Presumably this last now largely flogged off and inhabited by the sort of people for whom they were not originally intended. Wedding venue right, complete with bride, bridesmaids, guests and so on and so forth.
