The paint job on one of the grand staircases at Hampton Court Palace.
The corner of the stair well is real enough and there must have been some plaster coving at the junction of walls with ceiling, but the rest is all fake. Quite a clever fake in real life - with other fakes in the same vein to be seen, for example, at Ham House, Richmond and at the Painted Hall of the Old Naval College, Greenwich. Of roughly the same date, I dare say.
Note the conceit of the cloud dwellers spanning the realms of both heaven and earth. A conceit noticed most recently at reference 2.
