Pilot cutter?

The possible pilot cutter can clearly be seen to the right of the container ship. Assuming that it is not some kind of a tanker. It was clearly following, even if it was not clear what it was doing there.

Also an example of the zoom facility on my telephone. Clearly stretching things a bit far.
