The former bungalow noticed at reference 1 is now growing fast.
Footings and ground floor more or less normal, but including pre-cast concrete beams for the floor, presumably screeded over, and bevelled gray bricks around the outside.
But rest of the structure is wooden. Open wooden frames, maybe two metres square, made from two by four timber, delivered by lorry. Fill frames with some kind of pale yellow insulating board, maybe four inches thick, leaving suitable holes for openings. Face both sides with shuttering plywood, that is to say reasonably low grade plywood. Bolt completed panels together in the form of a house. Cover the whole with blue plastic, recovering the holes in the panels by cutting holes in the plastic.
It will be interesting to see what the exterior finish is going to be. Hardly bricks given the bevelled gray bricks below.
PS: in writing this post, I stumbled across a limit in the template used to build this blog. Usually, if you click on a month to the right you get a list of all the posts made in the month in question. But what you get for September 2017 suggests that there is a limit of 100 posts per month, at least in so far as that part of the display is concerned, with this post being 101 or 102. Maybe I will stumble across the other missing one at some point. But no chance at all of recovering the post address (the 'building-works-or-not' bit) if the post title was changed after creation, the post address being a simple - but not trivial - function of the post title at the time of creation.
