Real bath taps

Following the bath tap post at reference 1, I am pleased to be able to report that the bath taps at the Duchess of Cornwall, a fine public house in a largely fake town, are entirely real. I grant that there is only one spout, but there is one twist for cold and another twist for hot. All entirely manageable for the older brain. Slightly let down by the plug hole, which we have come across before, but did not remember how to work. Bring back plug holes on chains!

Rather more let down by the temperature of the hot water, rather low for a more or less brand new building.

Also by the quality of the wifi, but that they could blame on BT, with proper broadband service not having percolated through to the western suburbs of Dorchester. Although I do not recall there being any problem on the last occasion.

PS: we thought that the characterisation of Poundbury by someone who lived there as a housing estate on the outskirts of Dorchester as entirely fair. Summed it up nicely.
