Trolley 102 was captured on the path running between the back of Sainsbury's and the footbridge over the railway at the bottom of West Street.
A new to me sort of trolley and I wondered whether it actually belonged to the Sainsbury's nearby or whether it had wandered further afield. It also had two wheel locks, diagonally opposite, not of the pattern previously noticed, both deployed but only one working. See reference 1. An earlier or later device? Or was the one device not suitable for the other, heavier trolley?
Slightly awkward to wheel, but I managed it in one bite, to find that there was a small stack of identical trolleys in the special needs alcove.
PS: we continue to think about an appropriate time and place for the centenary celebrations. See reference 2.
