Bread

431st batch of bread now underway with the dough weighing in at just 5lbs 8oz.

Nothing much to report beyond excess second rise on the 430th batch. I forgot all about it, with the result that it rose for the second time for five and a half hours. But bread is robust stuff, entirely suitable for lay & wayward preparation: the rise was within the normal range and had not popped - something which has happened once or twice, for one reason or another. Wouldn't have known when it came to the eating.
