From time to time I worry about the trees in our borough, usually ending up by getting cross about the many people who ought to know better who do not bother to water the newly planted young trees in the verges, more or less right outside their large and expensive houses.
But I am clearly not alone. The group illustrated left, the Epsom & Ewell Tree Advisory Board (EETAB), which I think I have noticed before, are on the case. Maybe I will get in touch with them about my bowser idea. Rudimentary website at reference 1.
References 2, 3 and 4 contain previous worries.
PS: too idle this morning to retake the photograph without the flash (which I can now turn on and off on my telephone, quite reliably) and so without the white splodge of reflection. One might have thought that taking the photograph by a window, the flash would not have clicked in. But wrong again.
